Welcome to a day of historical experiences!

As part of our latest exhibition so far, Oh My God, now our new all day event, culture day at the Diocesan Museum. Culture day starts with our Christmas arrangement d. 20 december at 12 noon. 11 am and lasts until 8 pm. 18:30, and is an ongoing event as we still are holding around this year's celebrations. During the day there will be various activities in and around the Museum, including a piece performed by Theatre Group of the Malmö team, two historical lectures by historian Mads Elmshøj, authentic late medieval music, and to round off the day we show a comic reconstruction of Jesus ' crucifixion. In the Museum's workshop, you can also try making your very own crucifix in the same way as it was done in the 1200 's. It will be possible to buy food and drink in the Museum's Café and stalls will in the course of the day. We look forward to seeing you to an entertaining culture day at the Diocesan Museum!

Christmas event

D. 20 December we will celebrate Christmas at the Diocesan Museum! There will be decked up for the Christmas spirit, and we serve Angel wings and other goodies in the course of the day. We construct a theatre piece and a lot of more.
. The celebration of Christmas during the middle ages, and there will be a trivia quiz during the day.

Good Friday d. 25 March we keep our culture day at the Diocesan Museum, where we turn up cosiness with Easter hunt for Easter. Then it is our guests ' job to find and note the saved eggs. There will be a prize to the one who finds the most eggs, and there will be guided tours with special focus on Passover in connection with our crucifix collection.
